The use of honeycomb cardboard and the meaning of paper

In recent years, the rise of a new type of green packaging material ---- honeycomb cardboard in the packaging market, why it is a new type of environmental protection materials, is because of the honeycomb composite material, light, high strength, composite environmental protection and other characteristics, is an indispensable important material in the development of packaging materials industry in modern society.

There is also the use of lining cushion, honeycomb cardboard can be made into different shapes, used in the packaging box to replace the polystyrene foam liner, which not only solves the problem of environmental pollution, but also reduces the packaging volume, reduces the packaging material, reduces the transportation cost, really kill many birds with one stone.

In recent years, the world's efforts to promote energy saving and environmental protection are very strong, and honeycomb cardboard with its green green environmental protection, energy-saving quality characteristics are in line with the needs of environmental development, therefore, honeycomb cardboard in the packaging industry before the development of more broad.  For honeycomb cardboard, the most important material is paper, because its main body is composed of paper.  The use of high-quality special paper materials can greatly improve the service life of honeycomb cardboard, but also increase its strength, with one stone.

So, how is paper produced?  Paper making was invented in ancient China, before the machinery was not developed, so the efficiency of paper making was low.  Nowadays, the papermaking process is highly mechanized and automated.  Using special machines, through the two basic processes of pulping and papermaking, through the use of physical and chemical methods, we can easily produce special paper products suitable for the manufacture of cartons.
